Alpha-Lactalbumin

Alpha-lactalbumin is the primary protein in human breast milk but is also found in cow’s milk. Alpha-lactalbumin contains bioactive peptides and essential amino acids, including branched-chain amino acids, lysine, and tryptophan, that are necessary for infant development.
