The following FAQs were added: Does magnesium help with sleep? Can you take magnesium during pregnancy? Does magnesium help with anxiety? Does magnesium help with constipation? Does magnesium help with blood pressure?

The following existing FAQs were edited: What are magnesium’s main benefits? The sentence for the effects on sleep was removed because there is only weak evidence for a benefit. A new additional FAQ on sleep was added.

We added 10 meta-analyses to the Examine database. “Sleep quality” has been changed from “Small beneficial effect” to “No beneficial effect”; however, “sleep latency” (the time it takes to fall asleep) is now rated as “Small beneficial effect”.
