Dosage: 20mg

20mg of the Ze110 extract (ethanolic, concentrated to 6-12 times less the weight of a standard ethanolic extract) or up to 600mg of the basic extract appears to be effective in reducing symptoms of PMS in women.

The general efficacy appears to be around half the subjects reporting more than a 50% reduction in symptoms, 10% of subjects not reporting any benefit, and 40% of subjects reporting benefits that are significant but less than a 50% reduction.
