With FREE lifetime updates and authored by over a dozen researchers, it is the clearest guide to supplementation there is.
Fertility (Female) Overview:
Supplements that are though to or otherwise demonstrated to enhance female fertility. It is possible that supplements added to this list could be estrogenic, and in the instances where they are estrogenic this will be mentioned in the short summary.
200-4,000 mg of myo-inositol appears to be the standard dose for the purpose of fertility enhancement. While it appears to be reliable in enhancing female fertility, the instances where it works are exclusive to periods of insulin resistant and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
Inositol works by reducing insulin resistance, which in females may cause excessive androgen levels. The higher androgen levels suppress fertility directly, so inositol's indirect actions can only work if you are afflicted by insulin resistance (a middle man in the above chain of events).
