Notes for this study:
In this pilot study to test adherence, individuals were assigned three months of time restricted feeding (with a 15-16 hour fasting window). Patients received guidance/support from their doctor's office, and their conversations were documented. At the beginning and end of the study participants had their blood drawn and answered a series of questionnaires.
