In this study, individuals with obesity were assigned to follow a 16:8 TRE diet (eating between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.) for twelve weeks. While there was no parallel control group, a historical control group was used from a previous study that had very similar eligibility criteria. Anthropometric data and blood was collected at baseline and at the end of the study.
