60mg Icariin (with 15mg [Daidzein] and 3mg [Genistein]) paired with 300mg elemental calcium daily over the course of 2 years in post-menopausal women was able to attenuate decreases in bone mineral density over the trial period.

No adverse changes in estrogen were seen despite co-consumption of phytoestrogens.
