In otherwise healthy human subjects given tocotrienol supplementation in one of three doses (80mg, 160mg, or 320mg) noted that only the two higher doses were associated with mild reductions in blood pressure and only the highest saw an improvement in antioxidant capacity of the blood (9.2%).

The augmentation index (a biomarker for arterial stiffness) improved in the 160mg group only, with no effects seen at 80mg or 320mg.
