Megavitamin E Supplementation In Man

In a sample of adults who voluntarily (before the study) supplemented with vitamin E in the range of 100-800 IU daily for an average of three years, there did not appear to be any abnormalities in organ function or blood clotting relative to reference values (when assessing the blood) despite an apparent increase in plasma vitamin E concentrations in those supplementing.
