4000IU of Vitamin D daily paired with an exercise regimen and post workout nutrition (both exercise and nutrition similar between Vitamin D and placebo) failed to find significant alterations in lean and fat mass, although a trend for more fat gain and less lean mass was noted with Vitamin D.
A trend for more power output was noted in Vitamin D, no glucose parameter was affected.
