The reduction in perceived stress during golf testing trended, but failed, to reach statistical significance despite golf drive accuracy being increased in the group given 42 days worth of supplementation of 200mg phosphatidylserine. Supplement was a bar form called IQ PLUS, with placebo given a similar looking protein bar without the phosphatidylserine content.
