Notes for this study:
Fish oil supplementation at 4g daily (two doses of 2g at 70% EPA+DHA in a 3:2 ratio) with or without cytidine supplementation failed to provide benefit to depressive or manic symptoms of bipolar disorder, and actually trended to worsen depressive symptoms over 16 weeks.
