Notes for this study:
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial 139 women with PMS were allocated to take 2 g of fish oil daily with 360 mg of EPA and 240 mg of DHA for one month and then for only 8 days prior to and 2 days after bleeding during the next two cycles.
