In this randomized, placebo-controlled trial, 14 healthy adults were given 0, 200, 400, and 600 mg in random order and were subjected to prepulse inhibition testing as a measure of sensorimotor gating 90 minutes after.
200 and 400 mg increased the % of prepulse inhibition but not 600 mg.
