Notes for this study:
60mg of saponins from _centella asiatica_ thrice daily for the two days preceding a 3 hour flight in persons with poor venous circulation (mild to moderate superficial venous disease with varicose veins) was associated with significantly less leg swelling and edema due to the flight when given to subjects relative to control (no placebo group used).
