60 days supplementation of 1,000mg centella asiatica (70% ethanolic extract divided into two doses with meals) in persons with generalized anxiety disorder is able to reduce symptoms of anxiety in a time-dependent manner (13.1% after 30 days and 26% after 60 days) alongside similar reductions in stress (12.5% and 23.2%) and depression (10.2% and 21.8%). There was also a reported increase in attention (13.4% and 27.8%)
