The Impact Of Thiamine Supplementation On Blood Pressure, Serum Lipids And C-reactive Protein In Individuals With Hyperglycemia: A Randomised, Double-blind Cross-over Trial

In adults with hyperglycemia, supplementation of 100mg thiamine three times a day (300mg) for six weeks appeared to reduce mean arterial blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure a modest (less than 5%) amount with no effect on systolic blood pressure, lipids, or C-reactive protein.
