Notes for this study:
A study using 8g of dandelion (in a 95% ethanolic extract) three times a day in otherwise healthy subjects reported an increase in urination frequency relative to the same subjects the day before and after supplementation, suggesting a fast acting and short-lasting diuretic effect of supplementation. No placebo control nor blinding was used in this pilot study.
