Notes for this study:
This study found that ginger (at 500 and 1000mg powdered/dried ginger root, not extract) was able to rescue the reduction in gastric motility associated with motion sickness, but was not able to reduce motion sickness itself. Based on other gastric parameters not being influenced, the researchers concluded no significant effect.
