Notes for this study:
In otherwise healthy subjects given either placebo or 50mg of synephrine, the metabolic rate (measured over 75 minutes in a rested state) appeared to be increased by 65kcal relative to placebo; this was without any apparent changes in blood pressure or cognitive state (hunger, anxiety, happiness, etc.).
