Notes for this study:
In a randomized, double-blind, crossover trial, 6 women with premenstrual syndrome were assigned to take 400 mcg of chromium polynicotinate or placebo as an adjunct to sertraline for one cycle before crossing over to the other condition.

Overall it wasn't clear that there was a notable or statistically significant improvement in depression or total premenstrual symptoms.
