Notes for this study:
In this clinical trial, participants were assigned to consume either 100 mg of biotin or placebo thrice daily for 12 months. After, all participants took 100 mg of biotin thrice daily for another 12 months. The primary endpoint was improvement in disability, which was dependent on _extended disability status score_ (EDSS) and _time 25-foot walk time_ (TW25).
