Anti-oxidant therapy (600mg ALA, 200mg Vitamin C, 900 IU Vitamin E) in person's with Downs Syndrome over the age of 40 with the hypothesis of treating adult-onset Dementia. Trial was 2 years in length.

Anti-oxidant therapy was well-tolerated but ineffective.
