Supplementation of 2.66g of D-aspartic acid daily for 90 days in infertile men is able to increase testosterone concentrations in serum (30-60%) and increases seminal count to a 60-100% increase and seminal motility to a similar magnitude. This group of infertile men given D-aspartic acid also had increased fertility, with 26.6% of the treatment group reporting conceptions.
