1402mg catechins, consumed via beverage, was shown to cause photoprotection and enhanced blood flow to the skin (microcirculation) after 6-12 weeks of consumption.

A single dose of 0.5-2g catechins is able to increase blood flow to the skin within 30 minutes of ingestion.

Study conducted in 60 women aged 40-65.
