Notes for this study:
In persons with cocaine dependence and bipolar disorder, supplementation of CDP-choline has failed to influence symptoms of bipolar disorder (mania and depression) but was associated with reduced occurrence of cocaine positive urine at the end of the trial (when the patients were directed to not consume cocaine).
