Notes for this study:
Appetite was noted to be decreased on a 10-point likert scale from 6.8 to 5.92 over the course of six weeks supplementation with 2,000mg CDP-choline, although the changes in weight at baseline relative to the end of the trial were not significantly different (suggesting that the suppression of appetite was not potent enough to reduce food intake). 500mg once daily was ineffective although it also trended to reduce food intake.
