After pressing the mushrooms into cookies, the group fed Yamabushitake has significant improvements in regards to the parameters of 'anxiety', 'concentration' and 'irritating', as measured by depression/anxiety rating scales relative to placebo. Sleep quality tended to improve, but did not become statistically significant.
Subjects ate 4 cookies daily, each cookie containing 0.5g of the fruiting bud of Yamabushitake.
