Notes for this study:
Three groups (Fenugreek, control, and placebo (apple tea)) of new mothers (n=22 per group) drank a minimum of three cups (200mL) of tea per day and had their breast milk output measured.

Fenugreek tea was able to more than double the average milk production relative to control and placebo.
