Notes for this study:
No changes on appetite measures were noted, although a voluntary decrease in fat intake was noted in the group that consumed Fenugreek seeds at 1176mg daily.

Fasting insulin decreased from 5.1+/-0.41mU l-^1^ to 4.73+/-0.43, whereas control experienced a rise of 0.20mU l-^1^. Slight increase in HDL, although not significant.

Subjects were healthy but overweight males, followed for 6 weeks.
