In a double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial, 10 healthy menopausal women smoked placebo or cannabis cigarettes (1 g, with 1.83% THC) on test days, and blood samples were taken at various intervals for 180 minutes.
There wasn't a meaningful difference between cannabis and placebo for luteinizing hormone levels. There was a reported increase in pulse rate but the researchers don't show the data.
