Notes for this study:
In this study, heavy alcohol and cannabis users received either alcohol (enough to maintain a blood alcohol content of 0.8 g/L), 300 μg of THC per kg of bodyweight, or placebo. Levels of aggression were measured using the Point Subtraction Aggression Paradigm (PSAS) and the single-category implicit association test (SC-IAT) before and after stimuli designed to provoke aggression. Blood cortisol and testosterone were also measured pre- and post-treatment.
