Notes for this study:
In this 3-month open-label study, 65 participants with postoperative pain choice cannabinoid products of 5 mg, 10 mg, or 15 mg with the first being 10:3 ratio of THC to CBD and the higher ones being 1:0.5. The dose was increased if participants requested rescue analgesia despite taking their first pick of cannabinoid dose.

11 participants out of the 15 who requested the low dose requested a dosage increase, while half of those taking 10 mg and 25% of those taking 15 mg did. Pain declined modestly for several hours after a single dose of the medium and high dose products, but only for one hour after the low dose.
