Marijuana's Dose-dependent Effects In Daily Marijuana Smokers
Notes for this study:
|Number of Subjects
Inhalation of marijuana (800mg of 5.5% or 6.2% THC) in a placebo controlled study every other day for 3-6 weeks in regular marijuana users, assessing a variety of puff counts to assess dose-dependent effects, noted that subjective highs and stimulation were not dose-related although craving for marijuana was reduced with more puffs.
Relative to placebo there were reductions in psychomotor performance (DSST) and immediate but not delayed recall (DRT), with other cognitive parameters not affected.
