140mg of Chlorogenic Acids daily was able to reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure in humans after 12 weeks of consumption. BMI was unaffected (participants normal weight) and the decreases were around 15/5 points while dependent on consumption of chlorogenic acid (normalized 2 weeks after cessation)
