300mg of CoQ10 over 56 weeks (some measurements at 26 weeks in) was able to improve semen parameters such as motility and concentration when compared to baseline but not relative to placebo. CoQ10 also led to reductions in FSH and LH, in infertile men.

Testicular volume was not significantly different, and testosterone was increased in these _infertile_ men.
