In a trial on CoQ10 and exercise-induced fatigue at 100mg and 300mg daily, it was shown that 300mg CoQ10 daily for 8 weeks was able to reduce subjective feelings of fatigue as well as reducing fatigue in the latter parts of prolonged physical exertion.
