Notes for this study:
Supplementation of 15g D-ribose (three doses of 5g) over the course of approximately 18 days in subjects with fibromyalgia and/or chronic fatigue syndrome was able to improve subjective well being (30%) and subjective feelings of energy (45%) while improving mental clarity and increasing the pain threshold.

Improvements relative to baseline, as there was no placebo control used in this study.
