Creatine group had 5.25g alongside 34g dextrose. Creatine + Beta-Alanine group had an additional 1.6g beta-alanine. Consumed 4 times daily for a loading period and then twice daily for 22 days prior to testing.
Benefits appeared to be due to beta-alanine, with creatine not differing from placebo in untrained men with no synergism noted.
