Notes for this study:
Consumption of 5 blueberry shakes (each with 96.6mg anthocyanins from 200g berries) 10 and 4 hours prior to exercise as well as immediately, 12 hours, and 36 hours afterwards was able to reduce muscle damage and increase the rate of recovery without affecting performance nor percieved muscle soreness.
