The secondary outcomes were adverse events, anthropometric parameters (body length when lying down and head circumference), digestive tolerance, incidence of infectious or allergic diseases, and total time (hours/day) and number of episodes of crying and/or fussing. Fecal gut microbiome composition was also assessed.
