Antibiotics

Antibiotics fight bacterial infections by killing pathogenic bacteria or making it more difficult for bacteria to grow and multiply. Antibiotics can be taken intravenously, orally, or topically (on the skin) and are commonly used for strep throat, urinary tract infection, and E. coli.
