Introducing Evidence-based Keto: Your no-hype guide to the ketogenic diet
We've spent the past year analyzing the research on the keto diet, and have just released Evidence-based Keto.
Clocking in at over 200 pages with 500+ references, it's the unbiased guide you need to the ketogenic diet.
Today we’ve unveiled a new website design that will make it easier for you to find the supplement and nutrition information you need.
There are dozens of improvements, but here are three of the more notable ones:
Proper categorization. All supplements are now categorized based on their primary use (such as sleep, muscle gain, or women’s health). We also list secondary usages, along with the form of each supplement (such as enzyme, vitamin, or phytochemical).
Improved site performance. The new site was developed from the ground up to be quick, so pages load much faster now.
Improved mobile experience. Our old site was not optimized for phones or tablets — a growing problem, since more and more of you chose to access it that way. Our new site offers a much faster, smoother, and pleasant mobile experience!
The new design will allow us to roll out new features much faster than before. For example, we’re building a protein calculator based on our research into how much protein you need.
Your ideas and feedback over the years have considerably influenced our work. In the future, they will continue to help us focus on what is important. As always, we want to hear what you think.
On the eve of Examine.com turning 8 years old, we’re proud of our new website and excited to have you using it.
